Dental Staff

Dr. Allen Tsai, a native of Southern California, earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the New York University College of Dentistry in 1997. Prior to his training in dentistry, he attended the University of California, Irvine, where he earned a bachelor's degree in Biology. 

Dr. Kenneth Khuu has been practicing dentistry for over 30 years. He owned his own practice prior to joining our team. Although Dr Khuu and Dr. Tsai did not know each other previously, both are alumni at the University of California, Irvine (UCI). 

Mary Ann is our Office Manager/Financial Coordinator and still maintains her Registered Dental Assistant license to help out in the back office when needed. She is here to answer any insurance or financial questions you may have as well as assist in any dental treatment that you may need. She has been with Dr. Tsai since his first days in Bakersfield, 28 years ago. Her friendly and caring personality always makes patients feel more comfortable.

Lindsey is our Registered Dental Hygienist. We have seen Lindsey blossom from a young graduate of the Taft College Dental Hygiene Program in 2008 to the knowledgeable and experienced professional she is today. She is a native of Bakersfield and enjoys time with her kids and staying active. You can be sure Lindsey will take care of any oral hygiene needs you may have.

Ivonne is our Registered Dental Hygienist from Taft College, Class of 2024. She loves helping our patients feel comfortable and confident about their smiles. Building genuine relationships with patients is one of her favorite parts of what she does. When not in the office, Ivonne enjoys spending time with her family and her four dogs.

Felicia is our Registered Dental Assistant who has been in the dental field for over 27 years. She is here to make you feel comfortable during your visits. When not at work, Felicia enjoys spending time fishing, camping, and traveling with her family.

Crystal has been a Dental Assistant for over 3 years. She has been an important addition to our team and is committed to helping our patients achieve a healthy and attractive smile. Outside the office, Crystal enjoys spending time with her kids and eating out.

Maggi is our Dental Assistant and has been in the dental field for 37 years. She moved to Bakersfield 20 years ago from the Monterey Bay area. She enjoys the Bakersfield hot weather along with line dancing and singing in the office to any tune that may be playing. She’s a very compassionate dental assistant that’ll tell you a joke to make you laugh and help calm the nerves of any nervous patient.
